HELP Abnormal vaginal discharge?
Okay, I am 19 years old and in the passed year every once in a while I’ll get this vaginal discharge that reminds me of an egg white before you cook it! (sorry if i’m being gross) Sometimes there is just so much it pours out of me and this will only last a few days. Just recently this happened again but then it turned into a light yellow creamy discharge with no odor. I also feel full in my stomach, like I have to go number 2! I am sexually active and have hpv, I don’t know if that has anything to do with it or if it’s my hormones maybe or ovulation? Does your discharge change as you get older? I’m a little bit of a hypocondriac so I pretty much think I have cervical cancer and that I’m going to die! ( a little extreme I know, but this is what webmd tells me)

My
name is Lesli Paterson, right now I live in Oregon, I have 2 kids a 4
year old boy and a 2 year old.
I get it too. I used to go the the doctor every single time it happend. But my doc just told me that usually when you go through ovulation it is common for you to have the exessive discharge. As long as there isn’t a foul smell, you should be fine. It is actually a good thing because your body is producing enough fluid to self-cleanse itself. Young women your age don’t need douche or any thing like that because we have our own natural cleanser. In the black community we call it ‘Wet Wet’ Its a good thing girlie!!
Hi don’t worry just yet but you should see a doctor just in case all females get abnormal discharge sometimes .relax its OK it is proberly just normal but if it is like a cottage cheese like consitancy then it may be thrush which every one gets at somepoint it can be cleard up with a cream or an oral pill dont worry .
A certain amount of vaginal discharge (fluid that flows out the vaginal opening) is normal. The vaginal walls and uterine cervix contain glands that produce a small amount of fluid that helps to keep the vagina clean. This normal fluid is usually clear or milky white and does not have an unpleasant odor. The normal vaginal discharge is thicker at specific times of the menstrual cycle (at the time of ovulation), during breastfeeding, or during sexual arousal.
An increase in the amount of vaginal discharge, an abnormal odor or consistency of the fluid, or pain, itching, or burning that accompanies vaginal discharge can all be signs of infection or other more serious disorders.
here is a list of things that it could be they are worth looking up to see if the symtoms fit
Bacterial Vaginosis
Cervical Cancer
Chlamydia In Women
Genital Warts (HPV)
Gonorrhea In Women
Menopause
Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
Pregnancy (Stages of Pregnancy)
Sexually Transmitted Diseases in Women (STDs)
Vaginal Bleeding (Menstruation)

Women’s Health
Yeast Infection
I’m pretty young, but I know. I have been to the doctor of this to. My stomach feels full and yeah, I gotta go too. I don’t have cervical cancer, they said it’s just the body flushing the inside of the vagina so it’s clean, like taking a shower. If your REALLY not sure what it is please, visit the doctor and get yourself examined while it is happining, ask for a cervics screaning, they will swab the inside of the vagina with cotton swabs, and xray your abdomen. Within about 1 week you should know. ask about vagisil, I took the shot. It’s working pretty well.

Glands inside your vagina and cervix make small amounts of fluid. This fluid flows out of the vagina each day, carrying out old cells that have lined the vagina. This is your body’s way of keeping your vagina healthy and clean. The discharge is usually clear or milky and doesn’t smell bad.
The color and thickness of the discharge change with your monthly cycle. The discharge is thicker when you ovulate (when one of your ovaries releases an egg), when a woman is breastfeeding or when a woman is sexually excited.
Changes that may signal a problem include an increase in the amount of discharge, a change in the color or smell of the discharge, and irritation, itchiness or burning in or around your vagina. This is called vaginitis. A discharge that’s stained with blood when you’re not having your period could also be a sign of a problem. Some other types of infections such as yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis and trichomoniasis can also cause discharge that is usually accompanied by odor such as beer/yeast/fish.
I would recommend that if you have any of these signs or any concerns regarding this you consult with your doctor for a proper diagnosis and for proper treatment should you have anything other than just a normal vaginal discharge.
Good luck
