I have a vaginal odor and I am pregnant, help!?

I am pregnant and have this vaginal odor that just wont go away. I know it’s not an infection, doc has checked it all out. But I don’t know what to do to help get rid of it or at least mask it. are the drug store feminine products safe to use during pregnancy? please help, it’s ruining my sex life!
