I know this is a little TMI, I just can’t find much about it online!

I’m almost 38 weeks pregnant (37 weeks 6 days. Who’s counting?), and I’ve had pretty heavy discharge my entire pregnancy. However, just recently – in the last week or so – my discharge has started to have a distinctive odor to it that’s never been there before.

What worries me is that it’s not discharge but actually amniotic fluid that’s leaking, and that’s what I’m smelling. Some mornings I’ll wake up, and my panties will be wet, as well as the crotch of my pants. I figure this also could be incontinence, though, because I’ve had issues with *that* since the middle of my second trimester.

I’m going to the doctor’s Wed for my weekly appointment, should I mention something? Can they check if I’m leaking fluid there, or would I have to go to the hospital?

This is SO disgusting 2 me but my friend asked me for help and my opinion.
Ok so my friend called me this morning freaking out because she noticed thick white vaginal discharge with no odor last night and this morning. She said she had anal sex last night and the night before for the 1st time (her way of preventing pregnancy) and yes the guy nutted in her. Now she’s worried about being pregnant and i told here there is NO way you can get pregnant from anal sex and you cant tell if you’re pregnant after 1 or 2 days. She said her last period was on December 3 and lasted till December 7. I told her maybe she’s ovulating or might have an infection (because he also ate her out. Im pretty sure what I told her is true, there’s no way she’s pregnant, but what could be the cause of her thick white odorless vaginal discharge???
