I have vaginal itching and odor… anyone have any remedies for it? i tried ACV [apple cider vinegar] and that made me dry.

How can i cure a ” vaginal water infection ” ?
YES , I masturbate by allowing water to run over my vagina, and i was doing it since i was 11 i tried to give up on that bad (( WORST )) habit but i cant , i end up doing so like every week ! =S
its been few months since i noticed that my vagina started itching me + started to be ” excretory ” the color is (white+yellow ? ) something like that and with odour , i don’t have any pain or anything but i also notice the skin gets REALLY DRY & WHITE spots , as if i had some baby powder on & if i scratch it u will know its flaked. i really need help !
